Subsurface sucker rod pump and fittings

High viscosity pump

Hydraulic-feedback viscous oil pump is suitable for heavy oil extraction, mainly used for steam injection extraction of heavy oil wells without moving the tubing string. When a heavy oil well needs steam injection, simply lift the sucker rod string to ensure that the plunger is completely out of the

Product Introduction:
  1. Application:

Used in oil wells with crude oil viscosity not exceeding 4000mPa.S.

   2. Structure:

As shown in Figure 4-1, the specific structure diagram of the hydraulic feedback thickening pump is mainly composed of upper and lower pump barrels, upper and lower plungers, connecting pipes, inlet and outlet valves, etc.

   3. Working principle:

During the upstroke, the volume of chamber B increases, the pressure decreases, and the outlet valve 6 is closed under the action of the pressure difference. The crude oil opens the inlet valve 9 through the inner hole of the lower plunger 12 and the connecting pipe 10, and enters the B chamber through the hole A. During the downstroke, the annular chamber B gradually decreases, the pressure increases, and the liquid in the B chamber closes the inlet valve 9 through the hole A, the outlet valve 6 opens, and the oil is discharged from the pump. At this time, since the inlet valve 9 is always in a closed state, the pressure at the upper end of the lower plunger 12 is basically the same as the oil pipe pressure, and the lower end of the lower plunger 12 is the pump sinking pressure, and the two produce a liquid column pressure difference. Under the action of this pressure difference, the lower plunger generates a downward axial force, that is, the hydraulic feedback force pushes the plunger downward to overcome the downward viscous resistance caused by the thick oil. When the viscosity of crude oil is below 4000 centipoise, this pump can be used for direct suction without reducing viscosity.

   4. Features:

(1) The upper and lower pump barrels and the upper and lower plungers are organically connected in series to form a B chamber. Only the inlet and outlet valves are installed on the plunger to achieve the purpose of closing the inlet valve during the downstroke and realizing the purpose of hydraulic feedback force.

(2) The pump has no fixed valve, and the oil drainer is not required in the well. The pipe string can also be left unmoved for downhole testing and steam injection thermal recovery.
